The visit begins at the top of the ancient center of Salerno, which hides an area rich in water called, in the Middle Ages, Plaium Montis; here, for 700 years, the Minerva Garden has been created, an excellent witness to the centuries-old medical tradition of the “City of Hippocrates”, whose highest expression was the Salernitana Medical School, considered the oldest and most famous de generis institution in the West.
